An institution in Niseko. Owner James and his wife are artist with seafood. The best seafood is picked up by James and his team each day, so you never know what delights will be waiting for you when you arrive to dine. Food is prepared in a simple manner because the star is the seafood itself. Cosy, simple atmosphere but relatively tight quarters. Its a busy place but that’s the charm. Prepare to make reservations way way way in advance of your visit. You can do it online. Walk-ins are possible but your greatest chance is after 9pm (good luck!). Large groups will be impossible to accommodate without advance booking. Ezo is now closed on Mondays. Well worth a visit!! We have for the past 5 years...

One of the best restaurants in Hirafu. The scallop sashimi was super fresh. Must try the cod liver if you are feeling adventurous. Snow crab was refreshingly delicious. Reserve a table in advance. Walk-in is nearly impossible. Or you can order takeaway.

This is a very popular but casual seafood restaurant at Hirafu, which was like seafood restaurants in my home country where you pick your preferred seafoods from the tanks & counter. Seafoods were fresh given Hirafu is closed to the sea. However, the seafoods were not cooked in a very refined way & tastes were only ok. The final bill was closed to that of a fine dining nearby.

Fresh delicious local seafood. Some of the best crab I have ever eaten, the scallops sashimi was also amazing. The staff accommodated our group of 8 which included 4 kids. The service was quick friendly. I would definitely come here again.

Ok, look, this place is great but I must recommend that you do not order more food than you can reasonably consume in a four-hour period. Because that is what we do. Every. Single. Time. Everything looks or sounds (and is) so good it is hard to resist. Will definitely come back.
